Ticketmaster greed is worth negative stars

Ticketmaster earn money not from selling tickets at original price, but by allowing filppers treating tickets like stocks and charging huge amount of processing fee from both the flipper and the customer. Literally having a monopoly where no-one can do anything and the musicians, their money cows, are not even earning that much. I strongly urge anyone when trying to buy a ticket be mindful of the prices and urge the flippers to be kind.

I ordered 2 tickets

I ordered 2 tickets. They charged me for 2 but when I got to Antone’s in Austin TX, they only had one.

I’d give 0 stars

I’d give 0 stars. All numbers for customer service ring busy. Tried to sell my tickets tonight to a show in SF but could not get their system to accept a method of payment to return the funds to. Awful awful awful experience.

They trick you with their seats

They trick you with their seats. Some say seats and aren’t even seats. They use tricky wording to fool you. I wanted seats and they sold me standing seats which is not a seat and they wouldn’t even help me exchange them. I tried for hours

No way of transferring tickets to friends.

Bought two tickets and two tickets are for 2 different friends. I have no way to transfer these tickets to them and Ticketmaster literally just suggested I give my account and password so my friends can login with it.

Ticketmaster will profit from flood victims

First and foremost, let me thank Tyler Childers, Chris Stapleton, and Dwight Yoakam for performing the Kentucky Rising concert to aid the victims of the Eastern Kentucky floods coming up in October.

Ticketmaster will profit a minimum of $635,000.00 from this BENEFIT concert. To profit off the dead, and other victims is disgusting. It's one thing to gouge me with their fees for my personal entertainment, but to take the extra $27.65 for fees that otherwise could go to the victims is absolutely soulless. Shame on Ticketmaster

Avoid

Issue not resolved. This company like to discriminate against customers, then, turn the blame back onto the customer.
Still waiting 3 weeks on information requested by my solicitor. They seem to ignore the question every single time I ask for it.

Ticketmaster price gouging a-holes

Thanks to Ticketmaster prices are ridiculous. Thanks for gouging customers and making it ridiculously expensive to bring a family of 4 to anything. A-holes.

1 star is too much for ticketmaster

1 star is too much for ticketmaster. They literally have the worst customer service. No contact number, an email bot which copy and pastes responses.
I am never using them again, they are so useless

Resold my tickets to Jackson Brown never got paid

I bought tickets to Jackson Browne at the Greek in LA on September 4 2022 and I could not attend. I resold my tickets on Ticketmaster.com and they never paid me, they say there’s no listing for the tickets, even though I screenshot my account saying that I would be paid $214. Next to impossible to get ahold of anyone at Ticketmaster, I think it’s a scam. Thrives. Shop elsewhere.

"Pardon the interruption..." and then something about being a bot or javascript. How do I get past this? Tried on 3 diff devices.

I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
